At trendvise.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product does not match the description on the website

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Products returned after the return request period

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and share further instructions

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider first

  • Contact your payment gateway
